Hi guys,

I just wanted to say that whilst I have enjoyed spending an hour listening to everyone's calls, I have been waiting patiently to get my question across and told I would be able to do so as I was in the queue.

This unfortunetly has not been the case as after an hour you guys said that was it?? I have waited up to be on this call and it is now midnight here in London, UK and I feel rather grumpy that I have made the effort to stay up and get invloved, only to be denied my chance!

I think it would be a great idea to tell everyone that questions are only taken for an hour and not to allow people to queue if you are not going to be taking their call!!!!

Oh no! I do apologize, that must have been frustrating.

Since it was our very first call, we didn't really have any idea how many people would be calling in -- and we had hundreds of people call in!

And, since we had only booked a one-hour call with our conference service, we had to wrap it up... so I am sorry you weren't able to get through.

I also want to thank you for posting your feedback -- this is something we will definitely work on fixing for next time.

Let me know if you have any other concerns, or suggestions as to how we could improve the call experience for you.

Thanks so much for posting these! As someone who works night shift, I am unable to listen live to these! At least this way I don't miss some stuff!

Maybe one day I will get to listen and ask some questions!

Hi What we need here is a list of the questions and the time on the video where we can find them so we don't have to sit through a whole hour of stuff, most of which might not be relevant to us.

Time is valuable!

Would be a big help to have a listing of all conference calls and the topics from the beginning to now for us newbees. It is way to time consuming to spend opeing and listening to every call when the call might not be relevent

I just want to say thank you for all the Q&A calls. They are absolutely great and I am enjoying them a lot! I feel like I know Jen and Geoff a lot better. : )

Thanks a bunch IMC for the Q&A Calls! Today was my first time to ask questions on the call but after listening to all of the calls I feel like I have been apart of every single one of the Q&A calls. You guys are great and I commend you for answering questions on the spot. Especially when there is no rehearsal. There is no telling what members will ask but your always willing to provide support and the answers to all of our questions. Jen and Geoff, you guys are great to work with and I hope to work with all of the staff as a member of IEC.
