I noticed you have a ticket open with Andrew about this particular problem. Since he is away today I am going to take over this and will respond to you via email.

New problem in ebook pro.

I tested buying my ebook again and here's what happened when I clicked on the ebook link that came in email.

"Kids_Indoor_Exercises.exe" is an executable file. Executable files may contain viruses or other malicious code that could harm your computer. Use caution when opening this file. Are you sure you want to launch "Kids_Indoor_Exercises.exe"?

Then another screen came up asking if I was sure I wanted to open the document. When it finally opened, I only got the Age 2 activities. Nothing else.

I never saw anywhere to type in the username and password.

Please assist.

Until the bonus products delivery system in BeBiz is fixed I'm having to place my two of my three bonus products in my main product ebook in ebook pro.

I was able to do the first one easy because it was pretty much a copy and paste.

I can't figure out a way to do the second one. It is a PDF. It is a special chart that they can print off that will supplement their child's exercise program. Since it's a chart there are lines and columns which cannot be copied and pasted.

How can we make this happen?

I thought about having the PDF hosted on BeBiz and just linking them from the ebook to the PDF but I don't see that BeBiz can assist me with that.

I was wondering if there was a way to make the PDF a .jpg and placing that into ebook pro but I don't see that working either.

Please help me with this.
