Hi Chris,
I highly recommend you re-compile your eBook and when you get to the stage where it shows you what files are to be included in the compilation, double check and make sure ALL html files that are supposed to be in there are actually checked.  Also double check when you open your eBook that you do NOT have the open that says 'Open eBook on last page viewed' turned on. Your account information says you do have eBook Pro 6.5 Business Edition, and that is the only version we give out to IEC members. As for the install directory that says 6.0, we did not change the install folder name internall for certain compatible reasons if anyone upgraded from version 6. I am reading the manual to wrap up my first ebook and I see that the pro deluxe version has some sort of automatic assigning of codes via the net. Then it says the 6.0 version does not support that. Then I see that the software is installed in a directory called eBook Pro 6.0. Is v6 what we get for free with our membership, or is there an option to upgrade to the newer version? I can't seem to figure out the code part and when I download 100, they don't save. If our "free" version is the older version, how do I get the newer version? Buy it? Please advise... Chris W |
